Answers to questions regarding the new website update and customer accounts.

If you had created an account with us before, you must've received an account activation email. If you have not received the email, please write us at support@peachyvibes.com with the email address linked to your old account and we will help you activate it.

If you do not see your past orders in the new account, please write us at support@peachyvibes.com and we will help you.

If you had collected unused loyalty points in your previous account and would like to retrieve them, please email us at support@peachyvibes.com and we will transfer the equivalent amount of the points you collected in the past to the new loyalty programme.

Shipping

Yes. All orders are packaged in discreet, plain, packaging. The return address on the shipping label will read Apricot & Co.

Your safety and hygiene is our top priority. All products we sell are brand new and in their original packaging. Please note that not all manufacturers seal their products, therefore we seal these products ourselves before we ship them. If a product arrives with damaged packaging, this would have happened during transit. We do not accept returns with damaged packaging or broken seals.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Romania, Europe.

No. We ship from and within the EU so no customs will have to be paid for orders delivered to countries within the EU.

We ship all orders within 24 hours on business days. For detailed information about shipping options and timeframes, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

To cancel your order please write to us as quickly as possible to support@peachyvibes.com with your order number. We can only cancel orders that are not packed yet. When an order is packed, it will be shipped and you will have to go through the returns process to receive a refund.

Returns

Yes. We are happy to accept product returns in brand new and unopened condition within 30 days of when you have received your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more information.

We provide free returns from Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania.

Satisfyer offers 15 year warranty on their products. If your toy is malfunctioning or stops working within this time, you can reach out to Satisfyer directly and request to claim your warranty. Their e-mail is service@satisfyer.com. Let them know Peachy Vibes instructed you to contact them to speed up the warranty claim process.

Toys

Body-safety of a sex toy is determined by its porosity (can it be cleaned throughly) and toxicity (does it contain harmful chemicals). When using a sex toy you want to be sure that it is safe to be around your most sensitive body parts and will not harm you. All toys sold on Peachy Vibes are body-safe.

We carry few chargers on Peachy Vibes which can be found in Toy Accessories. For other chargers that we do not carry, please contact the manufacturer directly and they might be able to send you a replacement.

This varies from toy-to-toy. Silicone toys without a motor are mostly waterproof while for motorised toys you should always refer to the instructions included with the toy. Splash-proof toys can be rinsed under water but should not be submerged. If in doubt, email us and we will help you out.

Battery-operated toys often have a slip of paper in the battery compartment that needs to be removed for the toy to work.

Rechargeable toys will often be equipped with a travel lock–refer to the instructions included with the toy to unlock it.

Before using a toy make sure that it is fully charged. If the toy is still not turning on, email us and we will help.

For a toy to be anal-safe it needs to have a flared base that is wide enough to prevent the toy from fully entering the anal canal. If in doubt, contact us.
